Copaiba or CBD?

Copaiba or CBD?

written by Lauren Elizabeth

After a health scare this past week, I decided to dive into a little deeper research on COPAIBA VITALITY by Young Living. I’ve heard of all the amazing benefits of CBD OIL and learned more about the properties of CBD vs Copaiba. Here is what I’ve found and will be adding this to my daily oil routine!!!

Pronounced “Cope-eye-eeba.” Copaiba Vitality is made with the gum resin tapped from the Copaiba tree native to Brazil. It is known for its beta-caryophyllene (BCP-take note and keep reading ❣️) content and sweet aroma. Copaiba Vitality has a pleasant, complex taste, and when taken internally, it can promote wellness. Add Copaiba Vitality to a Clear Vegetable Capsule and take daily as an important part of your health regimen. You can also try adding a drop or two of Copaiba Vitality to your herbal tea, such as chamomile or rooibos, to enjoy its complex, soothing flavor.

CBD interacts with our CB2 receptors and gives us therapeutic benefits such as:
-support occasional pain relief
-support decreased inflammation
-reduced anticipated emotional feelings
-healthy cell support
-nervous system support
-neuro health support
-supports insulin levels
-cardiovascular health
-and MORE

THC is the controversial component that interacts with out CB1 receptors which is responsible for causing the “HIGH” associated with marijuana. There is a THIRD type of Cannabinoid —BCP (AKA COPAIBA). BCP was discovered as a cannabinoid in 2007-2008, although a different form than CBD, it directly affects the same C2 receptors and in a more concentrated form. For example, CBD is derived from HEMP and has about 2-4% concentration. CBD derived from cannabis/marijuana has a 5-35% concentration. Young Living BCP (Copaiba) has 55% concentration.
⠀
QUICK USES
-apply to joints and muscles for extra support
-this oil amplifies the effects of other oils, so try Panaway then top with Copaiba for a soothing massage
-diffuse for feelings of security and grounding
-perfect for teething babies
-add to moisturizer to smooth and brighten skin
-add to your massage oil
